The Building Industry Association of Whatcom County (BIAWC) Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting the Opportunity Council is scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2010 at the Shuksan Golf Course. 

Team members from Metcalf Hodges will be at Hole #10 next to the clubhouse where tournament participants can take a shot at winning “a million” using a child’s golf club and wiffle ball.  Anyone hitting the ball into the designated target can win the “million” paid in ten “100 Grand” candy bars.

The all-day tournament begins at 8 a.m. with registration and breakfast followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m.  The festivities end with an awards dinner around 5 p.m.  The event is sold out with a total of 37 teams registered to participate.
