The deadline for making deductible 2009 charitable contributions for Haiti Relief is February 28, 2010.  This is the last day for corporations and individuals who itemize their deductions to make cash charitable contributions that are deductible on their 2009 income tax returns. 

Donations made for Haiti Relief on March 1, 2010 and until the end of the year can be claimed on a 2010 income tax return.   When you drop off your 2009 income tax information to us for tax preparation, please be sure to let us know if you have made a contribution for Haiti Relief that can be deducted in 2009.
