Washington State taxpayers with overdue state taxes may be eligible to pay without penalties or interest under an amnesty program beginning February 1, 2011.  The program applies to state business-and-occupation tax, public utility tax as well as state, local and use taxes.  It does not include Washington Employment Security or Washington Department of Labor and Industries taxes. The program is available to both registered and unregistered businesses.
